For your question.
You can set the height of the image in the options-large images to whatever size you want and then all the images will have the height you need. It's the same as the thumbnails.

		<description>Excellent idea! I was struggling on how to come up with good quality and KB size images. Do you know if there is a way to control height of the images in the Images folder. All of them come out at 350px wide. I'd like to set the height instead of all to 480px. Thank you. Great job!</description>
